Requirements:

Age: 25–40

Bachelor’s degree or above in Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related fields

At least 1 year of experience in the chemical or printing industry

Fmiliarity with UV inks, water-based inks, printing materials, offset and gravure ink processes is preferred; experience with special pigment coloring, color-changing anti-counterfeit inks, vacuum aluminum, or hot stamping is a plus

Strong professional ethics and confidentiality; able to work independently in the early stages of new product development and maintain secrecy after commercialization

Candidates capable of independently developing new products and managing mature technical production solutions will be preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Coating R&D Direction:

Lead the development of new coating products and improvement of existing products

Prepare product development reports and technical documents, specifying technical parameters

Solve customer issues during product use and provide technical guidance to sales teams

Collaborate closely with marketing and sales departments to understand market demands, conduct feasibility studies, and determine R&D projects

2. Coating Process Direction:

Guide scale-up production of coatings and resolve production issues

Develop coating processes for products

Define product technical parameters

Optimize production processes to improve quality and reduce costs

Solve customer issues during product use and provide technical support to sales teams

Key Performance Outputs:

Success rate of new product development

Compensation: Base salary (8K–18K RMB) + project commission + performance bonus + year-end bonus; total annual income over 200K RMB

Responsibilities:

Develop preliminary process flows and estimate standard labor time based on project documentation and samples.

Prepare SOP process documents and validate them on the production floor.

Able to independently evaluate process flows and prepare SOP work instructions.

Familiarity with coating processes, machining, measurement tools, basic production equipment, and process systems; able to quickly adapt skills across industries.

Knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE), including the seven IE methods and eight types of waste.

Experience in process improvement with documented cases (individual improvements, lean production projects, etc.).

Strong innovation, professional competence, learning adaptability, planning, and execution skills.

3+ years of experience in lean production, cost control, and efficiency analysis.

Familiarity with product structure and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Operate specialized equipment (coating, embossing, slitting, aluminum deposition, mixing, etc.), learn product process standards, and quickly acquire production skills to meet team targets and first-grade product yield goals.
