Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in the chemical or printing industry
Fmiliarity with UV inks, water-based inks, printing materials, offset and gravure ink processes is preferred; experience with special pigment coloring, color-changing anti-counterfeit inks, vacuum aluminum, or hot stamping is a plus
Strong professional ethics and confidentiality; able to work independently in the early stages of new product development and maintain secrecy after commercialization

Responsibilities:
1. Coating R&D Direction:
Lead the development of new coating products and improvement of existing products
Prepare product development reports and technical documents, specifying technical parameters
Solve customer issues during product use and provide technical guidance to sales teams
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales departments to understand market demands, conduct feasibility studies, and determine R&D projects
2. Coating Process Direction:
Guide scale-up production of coatings and resolve production issues
Develop coating processes for products
Define product technical parameters
